AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 11447
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAt."qTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE

S:CCTIon 1. That the Hap of Parcel f'lo. 11447 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by Jack Spiegelman and Jerrold M. Car~s of
Jascar Development Corporation, being a subdivision for concominlum
purposes of Lot 24, Block 4, Chelsea Green, as shown on Map recorded
in Book 12, Page 145, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles, be and tae
same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald H.ap thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
