A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36764
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract ~o. 36764 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by SaMuel and R1ta Rotenberg, flax and ~he1ma
First, Art~ur and Claudine Kelth, Israel and Clarlce Feingold and
Conway Assoc1ates, be1ng a subd1vision for condoFin1um purposes of
Lot U, Block 21, anended Map of the Town of Santa Monlca, as shown
on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 througn 51 of ~1sce11aneous
Records, Recorcs of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sald Map th1S order authent1-
cated by the Seal of t~e C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Ci ty Cler]~ shall certlfy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and t~ereafter the saroe shall
be ln full force and effect.
