AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36446
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\lE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOtT 1. That t~e Map of Tract No. 36446 in the C~ ty of
Santa Monica presented by S~eldon S. tlilson, be~ng a subdivision
for condo~~n~um ~urposes of Lot A, Block 24, amended Map of the
Town of Santa Mon~ca, as shown on ~ap recorded in Soak 39, Pages
45 to 51 inclus1ve, of M1scellaneous Records, ~ecords of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and ap9roved.
SECTION 2. That tne City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTIO~ 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and t~ereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
