A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AL~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36773
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONI~~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36773 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by State Mu~ua1 Savings and Loan Association,
being a subdiv1sion for condominium purposes of Lot Y, Block 92,
of amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded
ln Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 15 accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoptlon
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
