A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ADOPTING AND APPROVING SPECIAL
PROVISIONS NO. 908, MAP NO. 5334A, AND DRA\HNG
NO. 5334
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain document entitled "Special Provlsions
No. 908," that certain Map entitled "Assessment Dlstrict Map No. 5334A,"
and that certaln drawlng entitled "Drawing No. 5334," for the construction
of a street lighting system ;n Stanford Street between Hash;ngton Avenue
and Montana Avenue in the City of Santa Monlca, under the provisions of
the Improvement Act of 1911 on file in the office of the Clty Engineer
and in the office of the Clty Clerk of said City, hereby are approved
and adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
