THE CITY COLTNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLONS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract No. 38684 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Charles C. and Winnie W. Hou and
Frank S. Yuan, Partners ~n 20th P~co Developers, belng a
subdlv~s~on for condomin~um purposes of a portion of Lot 35,
Block 16, Erkenbrecher Synd~cate Santa Mon~ca Tract, as shown
on Map recorded ln Book 6, Pages 26 and 27 of Maps, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby lS accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby ~s authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map th~s order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
