AND APPROVING SlJBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 35510
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35510 ln the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Raymond Lepore and Gary F. Cox,
general partners ln Lepore and AssOclates, belng a subdlvlslon
for condomlnium purposes of Lots 41 and 42, Tract No. 5512,per
Map recorded in Book 59, Pages 1 and 2 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adopt~on
of this reSQUltlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
