THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&'1TA MONI~~ DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36770 ln the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Ernest Auerbach, 1044 Tenth Street
Assoclates, being a subdlvlslon for condomlnium purposes of Lot
1, Block 67, Amended Hap of the Town of Santa Monica Per Map
Recorded 1n Book 3~Pages 45 to 51, inclusive, of Mlscellaneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby lS authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map th1S order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thlS resoultlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
