A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION tJI..AP OF
TRACT NO. 36771
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36771 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by Ernest Auerbach, 713 - 9th Street
Assoc~ates, being a subd1vision for condoffi1n1Uffi purposes of Lot 29,
Block C, Tract No. 2743, per map recorded in Book 28, Page 7
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby 15 authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1on
of th1S resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
