THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
&~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~..AP OF
TRACT NO. 36772
THE CITY COtJNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLv"E
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36772 ~n the C1ty of
Santa Monlca presented by Ernest Auerbach, general partner,
Twent1eth Street Assoclates, being a subdivlslon for condom1nium
purposes of a portion of Lot 3, Block 7, Green Acres as shown
on Map recorded In Book 9, Page 126, of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby 1S authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map th1s order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
