THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION tJI~P OF
TRACT NO. 37261
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL'....E
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37261 1n the C1ty of
Santa Monlca presented by Ernest Auerbach, general partner in
1403 - 1417 Wash1ngton Avenue ASsoclates, being a subd~vls1on for
condomlnlUffi purposes of Lot M, Block 37, amended map of the Town
of Santa Monlca, per map recorded 1n Book 3~ Pages 45 to 51,
1nclusive of M1scellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map this order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
