AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION tJ'1AP OF
TRACT NO. 39027
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 39027 1n the City of
Santa Monlca presented by Ernest Auerbach general partner in
1148 Chelsea Avenue Associates, being a subdivision for condominium
purposes of Lot 8, Block 3, Tract No. 5239 per Map recorded
in Book 54, Page 81 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map this order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoptlon
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
