A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SlL~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AL~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37241
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37241 1n the Clty of
Santa rionica presented by Steve C. and Masterson C. Wong,
general partners in San Vlcente Condom1n1Uffis, Ltd., belng a
subdlV1Slon for condomlnlum purposes of port1ons of Lots 5 and 6,
Block J, of The Pa11sades,as shown on Map recorded in Book 8,
Page 32 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby 1S authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall
be 1n full force and effect.
