AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37983
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37983 In the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by Kenneth E. Schueler and LU1S V~llalobos,
general partners 1n 1030 Bay Street Assoclates, be~ng a subdlV1Slon
for condom1n1Uffi purposes of Lot 62, Tract No. 5512, as shown
on Map recorded ln Book 59, Pages land 2 of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map thlS order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of th1S resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
