A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANT A HONICA SETTING TIEDOWN AND HANGAR
RENTAL FEES AT THE SANTA ~ONICA MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT
WHEREAS, Sect10n 10121 of the Santa Mon~ca ~1unlclpal Code
provldes for the charging of tying down or parking fees for
alrcraft uSlng the Santa Monlca Alrport,
WHEREAS, Section 10121 of the Santa Monica Munlcipal Code
also provides for charging monthly T-hangar rental fees,
WHEREAS, Section 10121 of the Santa ~onica MUD1cioal Code
provides that both these fees shall be set by City Council
Resolution,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA MONICA HE~EBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
1. SINGLE ENGINE AIRCRAFT having a
w1nq span up to but not more than 43
feet shall be $50.00 per ~onth or $15.00
oer week or $4.00 per day or 5.50 per 1/2 hour.
2. ALL TWIN-ENGINE AIRCRAFT having a
wlng span up to but not more than 43
feet shall be $65.00 per ~onth or $20.00
per week or 56.00 per day or 5.75 per 1/2 hour.
3. ALL AIRCRAFT having a wing span
of More than 43 feet but not more
than 49 feet shall be S85.00 per month
or $25.00 per week or $8.00 per day or
sl.00 per 1/2 hour.

4. ALL AIRCRAFT having a wing span of
more than 49 feet but not more than 55 feet
shall be $105!OO per month, $35.00 per week,
$10.00 per day or Sl.50 per 1/2 hour.
5. ALL AI~CRZl..FT having a wing span of
more than 55 feet but not more than 61 feet
shall be $130.00 per month, S40.00 per week,
$12.00 per day or $2.00 per 1/2 hour.
6. ALL AIRCRAFT havlng a wing span of
more than 61 feet but not more than 67 feet
shall be $165.00 per month, $50.00 per week,
$15.00 per day or $2.50 per 1/2 hour.
7. ALL DC-3 MODEL AIRCRAFT having a
wingspan of 90 feet shall be $225.00 per
month, $70.00 per week or 520.00 per day.
8. ALL AIRCRAFT with a wing span of more
than 67 feet for which rates are not
specified in this table shall be charged an
additional $2.50 per month, Sl.OO per week
or S.20 per day for each addit~onal foot of
w1ng span over 67 feet.
The rental fee for all T-hangars shall be 5150.00 per month.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adotion of this
resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
