AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36630
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sfu~TA MONI~~ DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36630 1n the City of
Santa Monlca presented by Gwo-Rong Ueng, general parner in
T F Company, a llm1ted partnership, being a subd1vision for
condominium purposes of portlons of Lots C and D, Block 2,
Green Acres Replat No.1, per Map recorded in Book 11, Page 3
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
