RESOLUTION NO. 6033
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 35503, AND DIRECTING ISSUANCE
OF CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION PEre1IT ON CONDITIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35503 ln the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Edward P. Scully, Elizabeth L. Scully
and William J. Firmin, Inc., belng a subdiv1sion for condomlnium
purposes of Lot 24, Block I, of the Santa Fe Tract, as shown on
Map recorded ln Book lB, Page 17, Miscellaneous Records, Records
of Los Angeles County, 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. The Building Officer lS dlrected to issue a condo-
minium conversion permlt for the project descr~bed by this map,
pursuant to the provislons of Resolution 5572 (CCS) , to be effectlve
upon full satisfactlon of the conditlons precedent stated in
Section 2 thereof.
SECTION 4. The adoption of this resolution does not relieve
the subdivlder from compl1ance w1th all Federal, State, and local
laws applicable to the proJect.
SECTION 4. The Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and dlrected
to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authenticated by
the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 5. The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption of
th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
1n full force and effect.
