A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36784
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONI~~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36784 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Jerry H. Buss and Francis R. Mar1ani,
general partners 1n Garnet Ltd., be1ng a subdlvlsion for condo-
m1nium purposes of Lots 0, P, Q and R, Block 91, Amended Map of
the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded in Book 39,
Pages 45 to 51, lnclusive, of Miscellaneous Records, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1on
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
