AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION y~p OF
TRACT NO. 39644
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC.'\. DOES RESOL\'E
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 39644 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by James S. and Elsle Taye Muramatsu,
offlcers in Centinela Company I Inc., belng a subdlvis10n for
condomlnlum purposes of a portlon of Lot 7, Block 20, Serra
Heights, as shown on Map recorded in Book 7, Page 48 of Mapsl
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
