THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sfu~TA MONIC~ DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37381 In the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by Joel F. Ladin, M1chael E. Kassan,
Barry Kurtz, Loren P. Caplln and Gene Cunnlngham, partners ln
3019 Th1rd Street, LtdJowner, by Pac1fic Envlronmental Resources,
KLK Investments and Pan F1nanc1al Alllance, general partnerships,
belng a subdlvls10n for condominlum purposes of Lots 24 and 25,
Block E, Santa Fe Tract, as shown on Map recorded 1n Book 18,
Page 17 of Mlscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of sald Map th1S order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Mon1ca.
Section 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
