AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION p~p OF
TRACT NO. 37372
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the nap of Tract No. 37372 In the Clty of
Santa 11.onlca presented by Ruth J. Lew1s, being a subd1 VlSlon
for condomin1um purposes of Lot 188, Towner Terrace, as shown
on Map recorded 1n Book 18, Page 116 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is author1zed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
