AND APPROVING StJBDIVISIDtT Vili.P OF
PARCEL NO. 12518
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 12518 1n the C1ty of
Santa Monlca presented by Frank and Dagmar Dlmster, be1ng a sub-
d1V1S1on for condominium purposes of Lot B 1n Block 68 of the
Amended Map of the Town of Santa rionlca as shown on Map recorded
ln Book 39, Page 45 et seq. of M1scellaneous Records, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map th1S order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
