AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36294 of the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Ocean View Condominium,a joint venture
composed of
Leeward Development Corporat~on and Mersola
Construction, Inc., being a subdivislon for condom1n~um purposes
of a port~on of Lot 29, Block 33, East Santa Monica Tract, as
shown on Map recorded in Book 17, Pages 95 through 98, of
Miscellaneous records in the Offlce of the County Recorder of

Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
