A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAl~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
A.J.\lD APPROVING SUED IVIS ION ~.AP OF
TRACT NO. 38264
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38264 in the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Frank and Dagmar D1mster~ being a sub-
d1vision for condominlum purposes of a portion of Lot A~ Block 68,
of Amended Map of the Town of Santa Mon1ca as shown on Map recorded
in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Records
in the Off~ce of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoptlon
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
