A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 38807
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38807 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Zlad Shlbl, d1rector of Shenworth Real
Estate Company, Limited, being a subdivision for condominium pur-
poses of Lot A, Block 89, Amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica,
as shown in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclus1ve, of Miscellaneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 15
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map thiS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of thiS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
