THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION M~P OF
TRACT NO.40221
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 40221 ln the City of
Santa Monica presented by Ivesley W. and Julla M. Chu, being a
subdiVision for condominlum purposes of Lot V, Block 66, Amended
Map of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded in Book 39,
Pages 45 to 51 lnclusive, of Mlscellaneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
