A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 36606
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36606 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Paul Teh-Yu Chu, Stone Lln, Mlchael Hsu,
C.Y. L1U, General Partners in Wellesley No.3, belng a subdlvision
for condominium purposes of Lot F, Block 86, of the Amended Map
of The Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded in Book
39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive of Miscellaneous Records, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the city Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
