A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36416
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~2JTA MONI~~ DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36416 in the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Dav~d L. Jaquette and Kathleen TV. Scof~eld,
partners in Tenthirtynine Grant LiMited, being a subd~vision for
condom~nium purposes of Lot 69, Tract No. 5512, as shown on Map
recorded in Book 59, Pages 1 and 2 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
