A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO~ 37656
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37656 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by M~chael Hsu and T. Joseph Lln,
president and secretary in International V.I.P. Investment
Inc., be~ng a subd~vlsion for condomlnlum purposes of Lot 5,
Tract No. 6958, as shown on Map recorded ~n Book 75, Page
42 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map thiS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
