A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA ADOPTING AND APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS NO. 929
AND DRAWING NO. 5335.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1. That certain document entltled 11Speclal Prov1sions
No. 929"~ and that certain drawing entitled IIDrawing No. 531r~ for the
constructlon of a street lighting system in the area bounded by Lincoln Blvd.~
in the City of Santa Monica, under the provisions of the Improvement Act of
1911 on file in the office of the City Eng1neer and 1n the office of the C1ty
Clerk of said City hereby are approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption of this
resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be 1n full force
and effect.
