A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 37684
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37684 ln the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by Robert J. Sacker and Anthony R. Brackett,
partners in Oceanside Investment No.3, being a subdivls10n for
condomlnium purposes of Lot 52 of Tract No. 5512, as shown on
Map recorded in Book 59, Pages 1 and 2 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
