AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35102
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONI~~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35102 In the Clty of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Charles C. Hou, Danlel M. Hou, Jla Hou,
Barbara Y. Stanton, Thomas Y. Hou, and Yung-Kai Chung, partners
in Oakpark Terrace Developers, belng a subdlvlsion for condomlnlum
purposes of Lots 23 and 24, Block 33, Map of East Santa Monlca
Tract, as shown on Map recorded ln Book 17, Pages 95 to 98
lncluslve, of ffilscellaneous records, records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the fact of said Map thlS order
authentlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Bonlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
