AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 35127
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\S
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35127 ~n the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Charles C. Hou, Rhett B. Feng,
Fel~zabeth Sap~andante Escuadro, James L. Hou, Hu-L~en Lee, and
Jane Lee Chung, general partners ~n Oak Park Apartments, be~ng a
subdiv~sion for condom~n~um purposes of Lot 12, Tract No. 8542,
as shown on Map recorded ~n Book 104, Pages 27 to 29 lnclu5~ve,
of maps, records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the:C~ty Clerk hereby lS authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the fact of said Map this order
authent~cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thls resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
