THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36256
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOVlE
AS FOLLOlVS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36256 ln the City of
Santa Monica presented by Hasan C. Lln, General Partner in
Valencia PaclflC Company, belng a subdiv~slon for condomlnlUffi
purposes of Lot 8, Block 4, Tract No. 1352, as shown on Map
recorded in Book 20. Page 12 of maps, records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the fact of sald Map thlS order
authentlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
