A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~.AP OF
TRACT NO. 34132
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34132 in the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Charles C. HoU. Hous Development,
being a subdlvlsion for condominium purposes of Lot 3, Tract No.
2255, as shown on Map recorded in Book 22, Page 57 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sale Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be full force and effect.
