A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36656
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36656 in the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Paul J. W1111ams, President of P & L
Wllllams, Inc.; and Robert E. Hedrlck, Vlce-Presldent of Clark &
Hedrlck, Inc., partners ln Idaho Townhomes Joint Venture; being
a subdivls10n for condomlnium purposes of Lot X, Block 42,
amended Map of the Town of Santa Monlca Tract, as shown on Map
recorded 1n Book 39, Page 45 to 51 lnclusive, of Mlscellaneous
records, records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the fact of sald Map this order
authentlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
