A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 38214
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38214 in the City of
Santa Monlca presented by S. Daghlghlan and AZlzollah Aghai as
offlcers in Fard Inc., being a subdlvision for condominium
purposes of Lot 22, Block 3, Tract No. 1352, as shown on Map
recorded ln Book 20, page 12 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
