A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE 8ITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING StJBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 13358
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 40301 in the c~ty of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Charles C. Hou, owners, being a sub-
div~s~on for condom~nium purposes of port~ons of Lots M and N,
Block 64, Amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica, recorded in
Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Records, Records
of Los Angeles County. be and the same hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author~zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th~s order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
