A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36286
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36286 in the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Laurence W. and Jean B. Kurens, owners,
belng a subdivision for condomln1Uffi purposes of Lots 53 and 55,
Block C, Ocean Park Terrace Tract, as shown on Map recorded ln
Book 6, Page 129 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
