A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVI}iG SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37383
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37383 in the City of
Santa ~1onica presented by Bruce J. Schultz and Sidney D~amond,
being a subd~vision for condominium purposes of Lot C, Block 68,
Amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded
in Book 39, Pages 45-51, inclus~ve, of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
