A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING FEES
CHARGED FOR RESURFACING PERMITS AND ~
WORK AND INSPECTION FEES
WHEREAS, the Clty Councl! introduced and adopted an
ordinance amending Sections 7112 and 7113 of the Santa Monlca
Municipal Code;
WHEREAS. Sections 7112 and 7113 of the Santa Monica Muni-
cipal Code repeal former fees and allow future fees for resur-
faclng work to be set by resolutlon.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The minimum fees for resurfacing where work
is done by City forces are:
