RESOLUTION NO. 6134

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING DIAGRAM OF
THE PROPERTY BENEFITED BY THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM STREET LIGHTING
SYSTEM AND APPURTENANT WORK ON STANFORD
STREET BETWEEN WASHINGTON AVENUE AND
MONTANA AVENUE, AS DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION NO. 5423 (C.C.S.).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the diagram of property affected and
benefited by the construction of a high pressure sodium street lighting
system on Stanford Street between Washington Avenue and Montana Avenue,
in the City of Santa Monica, as described in Resolut1on of Intention
No. 5423 (C.C.S.) and therein declared to be the property to be assessed
to pay the expense of the improvement, is approved and the City Clerk is
directed to execute the certificate on the diagram certifying to the fact
of such approval and to deliver the diagram to the Street Superintendent.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in
full force and effect.
