RESOLUTION NO. 6148
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA APPROVING DIAGRAM OF THE PROPERTY
BENEFITED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HIGH PRESSURE
SODIUM STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM AND APPURTENTANT
WORK IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY LINCOLN BOULEVARD,
CITY LIMITS, HIGHLAND AVENUE AND MARINE PLACE NORTH,
AS DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.5354(C.C.S.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the diagram of property affected and benef1ted
by the construct1on of a high pressure sod1um street 11ghtlng system in the
area bounded by Lincoln Boulevard, City Limits, Highland Avenue and Mar1ne
Place North, 1n the C1ty of Santa Mon1ca, as described in Resolution of
Intention No. 5354 (C.C.S.) and there1n declared to be the property to be
assessed to pay the expense of the improvement, is approved and the City Clerk
lS directed to execute the certif1cate on the diagram certifying to the fact
of such approval and to deliver the diagram to the Street Superintendent.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and
effect.
