RESOLUTION NO. 6162

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MO~ICA ACCEPTING AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 36421 AND DIRECTING ISSUANCE
OF CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION PERMIT ON CONDITIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Map of Tract No. 36421 in the City of Santa
Monica presented by John P. Korbakis, be1ng a subd1vision for
condominium purposes of Lot D, Block 35, Amended Mar of the Town of
Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. The Building Officer is directed to issue a condo-
m1nium converS1on permit for the proJect described by this map,
pursuant to the provis1ons of Resolution 5572 (CCS) 1 to be effec-
t1ve upon full sat1sfact1on of the conditions precedent stated in
Sect10n 2 thereof.
SECTION 3. The adoption of this resolut1on does not relieve
the subdivider from compliance with all Federal, State, and local
laws applicable to the project.
SECTION 4. The C1ty Clerk hereby 16 author1zed and d1rected
to endorse upon the face of said Map th1s order authenticated by
the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
