AND APPROVING Sl}BDIVISION 1"1AP OF
TRACT NO. 37384
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA. MONlc..'\ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of ~ract ~o. 37384 in t~e c~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Bruce J. Sc~ultz and S~dney DiaMond,
being a subdivlsion for condominiuM purposes of a Portion of
Lot P, Block 45, of Amended ~ap of the Town of Sar.ta ~onica, as
shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, lnclusive, of
Miscellaneous ~ecords, ~ecords of Los Angeles Cou~ty, be and
the sane hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereb~ is aut~orized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map t~is order authen-
tlcated by t~e Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
