A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36409
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L That the Hap of Tract No. 36409 in the C~ty of
Santa r10nica presented by Chi-Hung Poon and Hary ~1ing Chan,
managing directors of Scarborough, ~l.V., aka Scarborough Inc.,
a lim~ted liab~lity co~pany under the laws of the Netherlands,
Ant~lles, owner, be~ng a subd~vis~on for condom~n~um purposes of
Lot 3 and a portion of Lot 2, Block A, The palisades Tract, as
shown on Map recorded in Book 7, Page 154 of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is author~zed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th~s order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C~ ty of Santa !1.onica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall cert~fy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
