RESOLUTION NO. 6175
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING AN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1980-81.
WHEREAS~ the City Council is required by Government Code
Section 7910, to establish its appropriations limit by resolution; and
WHEREAS, documentation used in the determination of the
appropriat1ons limit has been ava1lable to the public for fifteen days
prlOr to th i 5 meet i ng ;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Santa Monica appropriation limit for
the fiscal year 1980-81 shall be $23,286.550.
SECTION 2. The C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution. and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
