A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING
PERMIT FEES FOR TEMPORARY USE OF
PUBLIC PROPERTY
~'nmREAS, the City council introduced and adopted an ordin.~nce
amending Section 7151 of the Santa Monica Municlpal Code; and,
WHEREAS, Sectlon 7151 of the Santa ~ionica Municlpal Code
allows permlt fees for temporary use of public property to be set
by resolution;
THE CITY COUNC:L OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONICA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. For depositing or maintaining any protection fence,
protection canopy, building material, debrlS, or
equipment, excepting cranes! in or upon any pub-
lie street, sidewalk, or parkway, the permit
fee shall be fifty cents ($.SO) per square foot
occupied except that the minlrnum permit fee shall
be fifty dollars ($SO.CO).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
