A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34024
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DORS RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34024 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by W. Duane Niles and Company Inc. I b8ing
a subd1vision for condominium purposes of Lot A, Block 25, amended
Map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39,
Pages 45 through 51 1nclusive, ~1iscellaneous Records, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
