A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35123
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35123 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Douglas, Emmett and Associates, 1974,
belng a subdivlslon for condominium purposes of a Portlon of Lot 83,
Block A, The palisades, as shown on Map recorded in Book 7, Page 154
of Maps. Records of Los Angeles, County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
